The first part shows Sequoia touchscreen machines actually flipping votes in Louisiana in the 90's. The second part has Dr. David Dill stating that 1 person can change thousands of votes. It finishes by pointing out that a Louisiana elections official was convicted of accepting a bribe from a voting machine company. Similar sequences are in the remake of Votergate called Hacking Democracy to be released in 2007.
These videos shows how Princeton University computer scientists are able to hack a Diebold TS touchscreen voting machine to get it to flip votes. You can read more about this report here.

Many of them do not have the background to deal with computer-based voting machines. These videos show the results.
